right...
Top manifold bolts are out so hopefully its just a case of undoing the coolant and oil lines from the block to the turbo then shimmying back underneath to remove the bottom manifold bolts and then the turbo and manifold can come out together and then be split. Whilst im soaking bolts in WD40 im keen to crack on with the small jobs that make the car, little touches can go along way as i discovered with my numberplate and "USDM" sidelight mod So, and possibly the only time you will hear me say this....Ive been influenced by something ive seen on a few VAG cars following some of them, namely New Golfs, Ibiza, Leons and Passats ive noticed that the rear numberplates tend to be lit up in a bright white light rather than just lit up, so ive spent 5mins and 2 quid swapping the rear numberplate lights so the rear plate will look very "New" style and will light up my uber cool numberplate (which in turn will prob see more blue lights at the back of my car but what can you do!) simple mod, should look good, clean and fresh! ![]()
