Pipework had to go on next and lots more cutting had to be done. The old intercooler was removed and the foglight brackets were cut off along with the bottom corners of the chassis to allow room for the pipes. The two small holes in my inner wing had to be made into one large one and I had to loosen the wing to get it through. Once in place the wing was secured again. On the other side of the car it was a really tight fit up past the rad and the ends of the fan blades had to be trimmed back to stop them hitting the pipes:
