Does the rear towing eye mount to where the standard one goes?

It doesn't replace the stock one, it clamps to it:





I (wrongly I think) cut a bit of the bracket out to fit both bolts through the eye, but I think you're probably meant to have 1 bolt through the eye and one outside it...
