Cheeky twat, its suposed to be mirrored. lol.

In reallity its prob somewhere inbetween the two. Obviously the more it gets polished the better it will look.

RE: *Member* Clare's BigCab
I was quite impressed with that myself. I tried painting the bracket black but it kept reacting so I though bollox to it, rub it all off and shined it up. I've done a few more brackets and the fuel filter too. Looking good.

I got shit loads of alloy stuff of Newth, like header tank, swirl pot, oil seperator, strut brace, brake reserviour. The rocker cover is chromed, and we already had the cross over rubbed flat.

So I've been busy. ranging from 600 wet n dry for the bad stuff up to 1200 then a polish.

I hope to have the engine bay done and running buy the end of the week.

Then I can start on outside.

Like that front end, and with the one Alan showed me earlier in the same colour would love so flesh.

RE: *Member* Clare's BigCab
They do look loads better with a deeper wheel. They look about 19". The front end is standard Escort. She'll not get rid of the hella headlights. lol

That is a 1:18 model sat infront of the Rieger showroom, you can tell, cos the lines of the kit are not quite right.

You can buy the kit in 10 pieces the same as the full size to fit on a 1:18 model car, but I cannot find for the love of money a 1:18 cabriolet or you know we'd have one.

IIRC the kit itself cost £100ish.
