I would have gone darker on the wheels, initially went for candy red but on the test wheels they wouldn't go dark enough and have the powder coat lacquer sit properly on top - kept bubbling and when they were being baked the layers of silver and red were reactivating and running so had to ditch that idea and went for rosso corsa with a silver sparkle over it.

They look a lot different in *bright* sunlight, I'm more than happy with them but will experiment with a couple of the wheels in a fortnight when I'm free - one with clear plastidip and the other with the metalizer to see what effect they have, the clear turns everything to a darker, "satin" finish and the metalizer whilst based on the clear adds extra metal flake on to the finish. Plus they will protect the wheels from stone chips and weathering, will see how they turn out though. Did the lugs red with metalizer and they turned out well, decent match to the rims

Been after 0.05's for a while but 3SDM don't half take the piss to get back to you which is pretty shocking, only got hold of these by chance. Reckon they're consumed with their attack on the market in the states and aren't much fussed about orders over here - just my opinion!
