*MAXXD* Clare's Ford Focus ST500

Best tick some pics up un Clare's new runaround.

She recently picked up her latest toy, a limited edition ST500. Low mileage and an absolute minter.

The 500 is based on the ST3, same 2.5 Volvo engine producing 225 bhp but this model is limited to a run of 500, all black, all having the silver racing stripes to echo the classic GT 500 racing livery from Le Mans 1969. We did find a few that have removed these stripe but dont understand the reasoning behind that, why buy a limited edition car and make it look like a 'standard' edition?

The plans for the Focus: I've already painted the wheels black, but other than the larger boot spoiler of the RS and some H&R lowering springs she doesn't plan ANY more changes outside.

The big plan for the Focus is the power and it always has been. As soon as the funds allow we are heading off to Wigan to our mates who run KMS Motorsport for their stage 2 KMS320 package. This, from memory will consist of an Airtec intercooler, puma-speed dump valve, KnN generation 2 induction kit, and their infamous Thunderstorm turbo back exhaust system. Once all these goodies are on Eggsy will work his magic and we will then be running a fire breathing, granny scaring monster running 320 - 330 bhp. The car pops and bangs like a good um now, but the Thunderstorm system is amazing. It is definately not for the feint hearted and we WILL upset the neighbours.
