Don't forget to cold crank the engine before starting to allow oil to work its way round the engine and through the turbo bearings. If you take the plugs out while doing it you will reduce the load on stuff even more as there will be no compression. Also will you be running an inline oil filter to the turbo feed? Running in engines can be a turbo killer.
