they are actually pretty damn easy, especially on yours as it hasnt got the headlight washer to mess about with lol. i would say no more than 60-90mins maybe not even that.
basically unclip trim under headlight,unclip headlight lense, remove sidelight bulb,attach transformer underneath the shroud in the headlight (i used 3m bodyshop tape), clip in the rings, wire it up and hey presto lol. if i remember correctly you have to take the top part of the airbox off to get to the back of the N/S headlight as theres naff all room, also a pain when a headlight bulb needs changing
