Well, they're on. And they look wicked. I recon they need approx 10mm more poke. Main reason they are just too close to things at the back edge. lol. 10mm will sort that out and 10mm extra poke is not a bad thing anyway. lol.

This one just shows how f'in big they are against the old 20" chrome alloy. lol.

They are big wheels and do look nice wrapped up in the rubber


That said, they don't do it for me, just not the wow factor I was expecting from big cab I think. But obv I'm yet to see them in the metal!

Ollie, you NEED to see them for real. The bad lit wankberry photos dont do them any favours. A better camara or even just taken outside would have been better.

I just need to drop it a tad and add little more poke and they will look different again. The cab is sat a little high cos its just been jacked up, but if its not low enough once its settled, I'll just adjust the height to whatever I need.

For some strange reason, on the photos they dont look anywhere near as big as the chromes, but trust me these are frickin huge wheels and will attract as much attention as the chromes did 4 years ago.

We though the chromes were pushing the boundaries for a 25 year old Escort, but with these monsters we've walked up to the boundary poked him in the eye and pissed on his cornflakes.

If not, I'm sure the chrome wont have gone anywhere. lol

I'm going to reserve proper judgement until I've seen them properly and you've finished playing. At the moment, and from those pictures, they're not doing it for me, it needs lowering a tad and some hefty spacers. I don't know the look you're going for, but personally I reckon you could get that stanced perfectly, but quite how it'd work without coilovers and with all that fibreglass I don't know :/

I think the main problem is that they are replacing the chromes, and they've got a lot to live up to. If you only had the Lenzos before then I reckon these would look epic in comparison, but as it is, they've got their work cut out (and so have you ;]). Having said that, they are Image wheels, and that, to those that know, will go a long way IMO.

Maybe get some pictures from further away too? The current ones are all wheel and not much frame.

We've got a 12" wide spit rim alloy with a 6" lip and STRETCHED 305 tires and you say they dont do it for ya. lol.

I may have took the photos too soon, too hastily. Maybe I should have waited till it was just right and better lighting. Oh well, its done now.

Once I've worked my magic and spent a bit of time setting the suspension height and decided what spacers I need, it will sit the same as the chromes (as signature) and as Maxpower once said "Its nice to see arches filled to perfection"
