Well. 4 hours last night and its now starting to look like a car again.

90% finish wiring for the hydrolic pumps. Just need to extend a couple wires so I can hide the ugleee relays behind the panel.

Front bumper wobble sorted (tiger seal FTW)

Headlights in (tiger seal FTW)

Front Indicators in (still not working yet but tiger seal FTW)

New roof on and it looks the tits, well happy with it.

Still lots to do but I'm getting there. Another couple hours tonight sorting electrics for lights and we're going for the big road test tomorrow. woop woop

The actual bulbs are fine, they work okay through alarm and hazards. Its further back where the problem is. lol.
And the bulb still come out in the normal way, its only the lense that is tiger sealed in. lol.

RE: *Member* Clare's BigCab
Struggled for about 2 hours cutting and stripping and joining wires in the boot for the rear lights (21 wires to be exact, 21! Why the fuck there's so many I dont know) , then realised if i disconected the ram for the boot lid it would open a shit load more. grrrrr.

All lights now seem to be working fine #touch wood# and the indicators are working too. I replaced a few broken fuses. It turns out the lid for the fuse box with the diagram does not coincide with the actual fusebox. lol.

Numberplates on and its now ready for road test. It aint ready for fast show but its ready for it first run out. YAY

Fuck knows how but there's only a little chip, this is why we do these test drives. Lol.

The engine seems good and popping and bangin like an evil monster. Ace.

Two weeks now to get it finished. SHOULD be aesy. Lol.

Bumper's now sorted with good old fasioned nut and bolt instead if the stupid clips that came with the kit. Turns out 3 clips came off on the the first trip out. The front bumper was also hangin off. I've touched the chip up so its almost invisible. lol.

And yes, the issue with Clare (the dick) and the ram for the boot is also sorted. lol.

Anyway, I've been give permision to put photos up for the people that have not been visited this weekend.

So here goes.

We started with this end of last year...........

And we've gone through various stages including a trip to Darryl for a full colour change.

Its white. Ford Frozen white (not Transit white)

Wheels back on
[Image: BIGCABWHITE001.jpg]

Standard back lights, relocated fuel filler and black spoiler
[Image: BIGCABWHITE004.jpg]

Engine is all shiny altough you cant tell under all the dust. It will be shiny again
[Image: bigcabwhite027.jpg]

Badges back on, a couple of sticers and some new wheels and we're about done.

2, thats right 2 roof pumps, one for the roof and one for the boot lid. lol
[Image: bigcabwhite029.jpg]

Still got lots of work to do but the main jobs are sorted. Just got to sort interior and boot. The wheels need a paint, either white again or black. Still not sure.
