When I picked this up it was in a sorry state both body work and interior need attention
So a quick wash and polish made 100% difference to start

with the good weather I decided it was time to remove the front and rear seats for some cleaning

At least you know a good bit of history with Rob being the previous owner!
Have you got plans or is this another temporary ash purchase whilst you find another mk3 polo

The plan is to keep it but everything in life is for sale if the price is right
yea it's got good history with rob been 1 of 3 previous owners, however the woman I bought it off has not really cared for it so a few weekends of TLC and a trip to see Nez it'll be all good again it's on coilovers but not 100% happy with them so may need replacing for something better if they have seized up.
Bodywork wise there's a dent on the front wing and a bit of paint needs correcting, but also looking at going the vinyl wrap route in the new year for a fresher look.

A thorough clean is one of the first things to do on a new car, you have redefined thorough here though mate!
Carbon in porn, I remember Rob buying it, was it ever fitted?

Yes the cover was fitted but I've removed it as its got a green tinge to it so going to try and give it a polish tomorrow,
As for products used so far for cleaning the interior
Fairly liquid in the snow foam bottle to soak into the seats then left to soak and then just washed off basic but has worked a treat !
Exterior is going to be Clayed tomorrow and looking at buying a kestral das-6 to get a really good Finnish with the meguires da kit next month
