Ollie suggested turning the useless wing reflectors into USDM corner markers. It seemed like a good idea, so I made it so:

Realised I've been neglecting this, so let's go...

First off the inevit... inevitab... inevevita... what was quite likely to happen, finally happened, and I 'removed' a front mudflap reversing up a slight lip, so that's still in the boot.

Then the guy who made my spacers recalled them as the bolts weren't strong enough. I couldn't send mine back as they're also PDC adapters, so he made me some new ones. And I *may* have asked him to make the rears 10mm wider than before...

Just playing with front camber adjustable mounts... (that's the lip I lost a mudflap too...)

The new adapters had longer studs than the old ones, so that meant new nuts and the rear arches now scraped badly, so that meant a large hammer ;] (nuts are so light it's actually a little scary :/)

Front: (I've actually maxed out the coilovers on lowering (without modifying them) and at first I wasn't impressed (ask Ollie, I even had a sulk over the phone to him) I then went on to do the other side, dropped the jack down and had a 'fudge, that's actually lower than I thought it was' moment, then had a 'sod it, it'll be reet' moment and packed everything away)

No wonder that cat ran away from me last night...

Got some other goodies tonight to mod the front splitter, so I'll update later...

Few new pictures:

Had to fit the splitter adjusters before the splitter removed itself :/

What a difference you've made to the car, is it just me but those mirrors just don't go with the rest of the car, now I'm sure you can spend a fair whack on some nice carbon SRT mirrors which would look awesome IMO.

Cheers :]

I get that a lot about the mirrors, and the mud-flaps.

I might pick up the stock ones from my Mum's next time I'm in Mans, since they're heated ;] Will just make getting in the garage a little more 'interesting' Icon_neutral

Are the SRT ones those ridiculous little stubby ones? I think you've just gathered my opinion on them ;]

Haha everyones got there own opinion, but they'd tie in so well with the sleek less is more look you've got going off.

Heated mirrors are ace though, do come in handy for warming your hands back up whilst de-icing the windscreen.

Just 'shopping some ideas out. I've come to the conclusion I've got too many colours with blue, black, grey, silver, carbon and gold, so ideally I'd like to cut them down... (having said that, the 'shops I've done actually add a colour, so that idea's failed already Icon_neutral)

This gorgeous example was my inspiration for the roof: (in a perfect world I'd be driving this and we wouldn't be having this conversation...)

Roof, wheel centres, (original) wing mirrors and tow eye go red:

or do I go balls out and do as above but also do the silver bits gold too...? (would bring my colour count down by 1):

I don't dislike either of them personally, just not sure I like either of them enough to actually do them? My first reaction to the gold one was 'that's f**king ridiclulous' but, the more I look at it, the more I reckon I could see myself rocking it. Yeah it's OTT, but isn't that the name of the game?

I'm s**t with colours though, so they could look anywhere between the dogs bollucks and absolute bollucks, I honestly haven't a clue.

Inside I'm thinking black and red. The lower black (carpets, dash, doorcards etc) and the upper red (A, B, C pillars and roof liner), and the seats a combo of the two?

Nothing set in stone, just thinking out loud here, comments/suggestions welcome...
