RE: New Car :D - olstar - 24-03-2009 12:08 AM Flux were always ok with me when it came to mods.. That's what I'm hoping, the Landy had quite a few mods and they weren't bothered at all, but then again new wheels, lights, a stereo, bucket seats, harnesses and tinted windows don't really effect handling and performance... (well, the seats and belts did make you drive like you were invincible most of the time I have to admit...) RE: New Car :D - Pyrotechnic - 19-04-2009 08:42 PM Declared all current mods the other day and it made no difference, and if I lower 40mm, new manifold with ~25bhp increase and 'bigger brakes' it'll go up by ~£40 til renewal in June and ~£200 for the year :/ Anyway, for those that saw the piss-poor polishing job I attempted at Donny, here's proof that I CAN do it properly, by hand and everything! (photo's don't do it justice, it looks awesome!) ![]() ![]() ![]() And you can see my latest boot mod that I picked up at Donny, still need to sort the front one yet. RE: New Car :D - Ant - 19-04-2009 08:55 PM errr one thing matey tyre black RE: Pyro's Impreza - Pyrotechnic - 02-05-2009 05:27 PM Went to wash it today but the jet wash at Moz was out of order, so I passed on that one ;] Latest mod though: ![]() Yep, that's right, a nodding Scooby, courtesy of my Mum for my birthday I also managed to finally remove the old wing-mirrors today too (there's a tiny 7mm hex-bolt hidden away) but the new ones need 'editing' to make them fit nicely and the wires need splicing, so I put the old ones back on for now instead... RE: Pyro's Impreza - widdo - 02-05-2009 07:35 PM good new mod lol a scooby in a scooby lol RE: Pyro's Impreza - Pyrotechnic - 06-07-2009 06:40 PM After a lot of faffing trying to get screws/bolts that fit I finally got the new mirrors fitted the other day: ![]() ![]() ![]() None of the electrics are wired up yet so they don't move, and the lights are either white or blue, so they're pretty useless as indicators :/ And I sprayed my console surround black the other week too, nothing major but looks better IMO: Before: ![]() After:
RE: Pyro's Impreza - Ant - 07-07-2009 08:34 PM this is my opinion but i wouldn't of gone for them mirrors dtm would of been my first choice
