i have some bits to collect first so it maybe around that time.

If you could lend a hand that would be much appreciated lee thanks!

No probs chief, just give me a shout at the time.

- OllieWestwood - 18-11-2007 05:40 PM

just thought id do a quick update - maybe if your reading this you can do yours so the whole forum is up to date!

car hasnt moved for a month or so now as its SORN, missing driving it but saving me a packet!

Lee has kindly offered to help me fit the cooler, im awaiting a fuel pump and upgraded spark plugs and im a paydayish away from a full blitz Nur Spec exhaust

Then i need to decide if i hammer the credit card for some rota rims or save up a little

Brakes and suspension are also on the list...

as are a new spoiler and a pit of rust removal on nearside rear arch!

oh and a full service...busy winter me thinks!

Update...

I havent done this for ages, reason being fuck all has happened!

as your aware im fortunate enough to have the corrolla to drive so i can take the 200 off the road for the winter, obv with plans to do some bits while its off!

But as i sort out booking forms for The Fast Show....thats just over a month away and i have done diddly squat except let the battery go flat!

So....

Time to pull my finger out first job ciomes this sat....Im gonna take the Gearbox out the punto in prep for its new one get that working so i can sell it and get some extra cash!

200SX wise....

I have the FMIC i built it up in my front room just to check everything was there and fits basically and of course...took pics!

Its a lovely bit of kit!

However like everything it needs other things to go with it!

So....

Boost will be raised so i need the fueling to match so a walbro 255 pump needs to be ordered this week (around £80)

Car is also due a service at now the ripe old age of 8 years and a massive 37,000 miles knocked up, oil needs a swap! plus im gonna run Denso IK24 plugs (They run colder to stop them melting under higher temp.) (around £45 a set of 4)

1 think i miss is noice, as most are aware the last exhaust caused me to get an ASBO but i love loud cars and the nissan NEEDS a big zorzt

Blitz Nur Spec R is what i have my heart set on, not cheap at around 450 for cat back but i like the sound and performance gains i gives when teamed up with the front pipe and my already de-catted car.

Zorzt will come from funky power using maxxd.coms brill free delivery deal with them and there the cheapest too!

I also have a minor bodyshop trip planned but that might be put on hold till after fast show

Phew...back to work!

- olstar - 24-01-2008 12:36 AM

sounds like you have it worked out Icon_smile

bet kate loved that being built in the front room Icon_lol

is it making an appearance at the fast show with all its shiney new bits on?

- OllieWestwood - 24-01-2008 12:39 AM

hahaha

Kate doesnt know she was shopping Icon_wink

It will make an appearance at fast show weather ALL the shiney bits are on or weather they are still shiny is another matter

But it WILL be there

Im really excited about driving it again!

Meant to mention before the blue hoeses are going and being replaced with orange it suits it loads better!

Plus i need a smaller battery so i need to by one for...a Nissan Micra to fit as the piping comes up through the battery tray!

- olstar - 24-01-2008 01:13 AM

cant you relocate the battery to the boot or something?

- OllieWestwood - 24-01-2008 01:16 AM

yes i can.

However, it hassle boots not massive as it is, lots of cable to run through by the time ive fcuk'd about a micra battery is only about £30 and fits in the gap

- screech - 24-01-2008 01:24 AM

youll have loads of space if you take ya back seats out ollie Icon_smile

and that FMIC would look ace stickin out of my bumper tounge

- OllieWestwood - 24-01-2008 01:28 AM

thats the annoying think a lot of that lovely big cooler is hidden behind my bumper!

Back seats are coming out for track action but going back in, ill let the engine do the work to pull a rear leather bench around + you havent been to a show with Kate Icon_wink No Boot room at all!
